What’s included in the Subscription Box?
Each month, you’ll receive a hand-picked potted house plant, care instructions, and occasionally a bonus item like a plant accessory, or care product. It’s a surprise every time!
How often will I receive a box?
Our subscription is monthly, and you’ll receive a box on the first day of every month. You must place your order five working days in advance of the first day of the month to receive the next subscription box. You can pause or cancel at any time.
What types of plants will I receive?
Expect classics like pothos, snake plants, and peace lilies, as well as interesting picks like calatheas, pileas, string of hearts, and rubber plants. We mix in succulents, ferns, and the occasional air plant or rare species to keep things exciting. Most are low-maintenance and perfect for any skill level!
How are the plants packaged?
We use eco-friendly, secure packaging designed to protect your plant in transit. Our goal is to keep your plant baby safe and reduce waste.
Are the plants safe for pets?
Some boxes will include pet-friendly plants, and we’ll always note in the care guide whether a plant is pet-safe.
Can I skip a month or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely! You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription from your account dashboard at any time. No hard feelings.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
Oh no! If your plant arrives in poor condition, send us a photo within 3 days and we’ll either replace it or offer a refund.
Is this subscription good for beginners?
Definitely. We choose easy-to-care-for plants and include a simple care guide with each delivery. It’s perfect for new plant parents!
Do you offer plant care support?
Yes! Provided in the box is a plant care leaflet created specifically for your species of plant that month! If you ever need more help, just email us or message us on Instagram. We’re happy to help you keep your plants thriving.
Do you ship UK-wide?
Yes, we currently ship to all mainland UK addresses. We’re working on expanding to other areas soon!
